A CHALLENGE OF THE HEART

God wants a desperate heart

One that’s willing to give Him all

We all find ourselves in a desperate or lonesome point in our lives now and then

Where you recognize and accept the pain

But can one truly mourn like David?

Can one accept LOSS like that of a child or a loved one with dance and simply praise with cheer?

Establish this word in your heart- The Joy of The Lord is my strength.

I am saying it, Am I believing it?

God provides the answers in the scripture

We are reluctant to read them and use them

We grow to like the pain, we move on to self pity

We establish new groans and tears daily

 We bury ourselves in anguish and anger, and ultimately depression

 We dig an extra foot down our six feet grave of hurt

But lets make a new approach

Lets rejoice in depression, heartbreak and death

Lets accept that it is done

Lets live the next day better than the last

Lets believe blindly in the WORD

Lets not cry too much

Lets not mourn for too long

Let us rejoice with gladness and new songs for the pain is temporary

Let us submit ourselves to His healing hand

LETS BE JOYFUL, ACCEPT FATE AND LIVE

BUT ABOVE ALL, BELIEVE IN THE END OF EACH SEASON

AS WE BELIEVE IN DAY AND NIGHT ITSELF

CALL ON HIM, HE LOVES TO ANSWER PRAYER AND LET HIM HEAL YOU

I know of all of the above all too well this yr, this flower might be going through some bad weather but the sun always breaks through the clouds and  the year still holds a promise.

By God’s mighty power at work within us, he is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope” (Ephesians 3:20)

God comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When others are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us” (2 Corinthians 1:4)
